An aggregator of various third-party non-fungible token ("NFT") marketplaces;
The PI Swap Wallet mobile application;
Any other products linked to this Agreement.

By accessing or using our Products, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our Products.

1. Our Products

1.1 The Interface: The Interface provides access to a decentralized protocol that allows users to trade compatible digital assets on various public blockchains.

1.2 The NFT Marketplace Aggregator: This feature lets users buy, sell, and discover NFTs across multiple marketplaces.

1.3 The PI Swap Wallet: A secure, non-custodial wallet to store digital assets and interact with decentralized applications.

1.4 Subdomains: Users can claim personalized subdomains, which must comply with legal and community standards.

1.5 Third-Party Access: Access to some features might be facilitated through partner applications.

2. Modifications

PI Swap reserves the right to modify these terms, services, or features at any time. Continued use indicates agreement with the changes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology related to PI Swap are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

4. User Responsibilities

Prohibited activities include fraud, illegal transactions, and intellectual property infringement.
Users must ensure compliance with relevant laws when using our services.

5. Assumption of Risk

Blockchain transactions come with inherent risks, including potential loss of assets. Users acknowledge these risks when using PI Swap.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New York, NY, under applicable U.S. law.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify PI Swap from claims resulting from breaches of these terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York State.
